By creating an account and/or placing a bet, you are entering into an agreement with us that is legally binding.

Your Account:

Accounts are created for individuals who are 18 years of age and older. We have the right to conduct background checks to verify your identity, age and ability to pay us. You may only have one account with us. Any duplicate accounts created by you will be closed, and you will forfeit all bonuses, free bets and winnings associated with those accounts.

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and security that your account information is always accurate. Fraud, abuse of services or illegal activity may result in the suspension or closure of your account. Regulatory bodies or law enforcement agency requests can also lead to the suspension or closure of your account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Information:

When you make a deposit or withdrawal from your account, it must be done using funds that have cleared into your account. Any deposit made to your account or any winning amount will be accessible to be used solely for wagering on your account and paying related fees. Deposits and winning amounts can only be withdrawn from your account to the original method used to deposit into your account; therefore, all funds will only be returned to the name of the account holder.

If your account remains inactive for 365 consecutive days, your account may be considered a “dormant account”. We hold customer funds separate from Company funds at the level of “Not protected” in compliance with UKGC regulations; therefore, it is your responsibility to report your winnings to the appropriate tax authorities.

Your wager will only be processed as permitted under our Betting Rules. A wager will not be considered valid until the wager is accepted by our servers and assigned a unique transaction code. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any wager, void any wager, and/or correct any wager due to obvious errors, insufficient funds, or other breaches of our rules. Related contingency wagers will not be accepted; though, if a wager is placed on or after the derivation of an event, such wager will be voided.

As a user of this website, you agree to access the website for lawful purposes and within any jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted by law. The Company reserves the right to restrict users by blocking access, blocking any automated activity, and/or modifying or updating any of the Company’s Products/Services at any time.

Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions highlighted at the time of promotion. Any winnings from free bets will not include a return of the stake, and all free bet winnings shall be limited to a maximum of £10000 per day and per customer. Though, these offers are limited to one per individual, household, or shared device (mobile phones, tablets, etc.). The Company reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer and/or void any winnings resulting from abuse or fraud.

Self-exclusion allows a player who wishes to self-exclude from gambling for more than thirty (30) consecutive days to self-exclude for periods of time of six (6) months, one (1) year, two (2) years, three (3) years, four (4) years, or five (5) years. Players will not be able to annul their self-exclusion after activating for the designated period. Any remaining balance of less than £1 will be donated to a registered gambling charity.

We will do our best to try to resolve your complaint by working with the customer service department as soon as possible. If a resolution cannot be reached, a dispute may be resolved through the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS). These terms and conditions of use are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have special jurisdiction.
